Our experience with Amy Coliano was amazing. She worked for us constantly in a very competitive market to find us a temporary investment house to flip and then back into Brentwood in a smaller home (which is very difficult to do!) She was very diligent and on top of all the contracts and negotiations that we had to go through because of a hitch in our buyers buyer unexpectedly not being ready on the day of closing. Amy spent hours managing all these issues until they were resolved. She is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
